We put extra effort for you to have new Du2 product as soon as possible. In-stock products are shipped in 2-3 business days (Please consider the orders placed on Fridays may not ship until Monday.)

We are sorry that you are not happy with your order. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, please email hello@du2.co We only accept undamaged and unused products in original packaging with all tags. Shipping costs are on your expense.
